TOPPO is a company operated by Tomé Costa Nunes as a sole proprietor. TOPPO operates under CAE 47910 – Retail Trade via Mail Order or Internet. We offer consumers the convinience of ordering goods or services through various means such as mail, telephone, television, or other communication channels, based on catalogs, magazines, newspapers, prints, or any other graphic or audiovisual media. Our retail trade also includes online retail and auctions conducted via the internet.

VAT Exemption Regime: 

TOPPO is under the VAT exemption regime as per Article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code. Under this regime, our company is exempt from charging VAT to our costumers.
